What is a boutique serviced apartment?
Millennium serviced apartment offers the added benefit of the space, comfort and freedom of a home away from home AND the luxuries of a boutique hotel- hence we call ourselves a boutique Serviced Apartment. You check in and check out the same as if you were at a hotel, yet live like at home. Enjoy amenities such as Wi-Fi plus traveller luxuries such as a fully-fitted kitchen and separate bedrooms too. Our apartments average around 55 m2 – much more than twice the equivalent standard hotel room and also more space on average compared to other serviced apartments in Lagos.

What can I expect in my apartment?
• Fully-fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking equipment, crockery and utensils
• A set of towels per guest, plus toiletries
• Free wireless internet
• Flat-screen TV and DVD player in the living area.

Is there internet access?
Yes – we provide a complimentary wireless broadband service to Wifi zones around the property.

What is the maximum number of people the apartments sleep?
• The two bedroom executive apartment at the pentfloor sleeps the largest number of people any one apartment will sleep, which is 6 maximum (You will need to order an extra beds).
• Family 1-bedroom apartments sleep up to 4 people
• Prestige Studios sleep a maximum of 3 people
• Studios sleep a maximum of 2 people. No extra beds can be booked for this apartment type.

Are there washing facilities in the apartment?
Full washing facilities are available only in the 2 bedroom apartment only, and includes a washing machine/dryer. Local businesses that offer laundry services have been complied and their contact details, rates and location are available in the services menu placed in your apartment table. Some do offer a pick up and drop off service.

Are they smoking or non-smoking apartments?
All Millennium Serviced Apartments are non-smoking.

How often are the apartments cleaned?
• All apartments are deep cleaned by our experienced cleaning staff for every arrival.
• Subsequent full cleans are provided once every 3 days, including fresh linen and towels too.
• We keep All apartments refreshed by helping you make up your beds and emptying bins daily. This does NOT include linen / towel changes or cleaning.
• An additional cleaning service, which includes fresh linen and towels, can be provided for $10 in a studio or $15, in a 1-bedroom apartment, 2-bedroom penthouse apartment.
• In line with our policy of offering you flexible services to keep your stay affordable, you may wish to request, opt-in and purchase additional cleaning services for as frequently as you may want. (Ask for more details on our extra services & prices from the Concierge point).

Do the apartments have baths?
Some do, the vast majority feature a shower, and some have Jacuzzis.

Are pets allowed?
No.
