My booking What is the minimum length of stay?
You can stay from 1 night to 1 year in our studios, but 5 nights is minimum stay for either the 1 or 2 bed apartments. However, additional restrictions may be imposed on some apartment types during busy periods.
Can I change the dates of my reservation once already booked?
Provided we have availability at your chosen apartment, we may be able to amend the dates of your booking. You will need to discuss this directly with a member of the Reservation Team and we must receive a confirmation from you in writing via email to both: Bookings@MillenniumApartmentsAndStudios.com;
AND;
Admin@MillenniumApartmentsAndStudios.com, stating that you wish to proceed with the changes.
Please note that any special offer bookings are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Please also note that shortening the length of your original booking may be subject to charges. Extensions of your stay are subject to availability at the time of request.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes - Millennium Serviced Apartments operates a 7 working days full refund cancellation deadline policy for all bookings, after which you will be liable for the apartment. You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 7 working-days in advance. For other cancellations prior to arrival day, you would be liable for the first seven nights of your stay; however you would receive a refund for the rest of your stay. (less the charges stated above). Please note that any special offer bookings are both non-refundable and non-transferrable.
