| * | The new & beautiful Lekki - Ikoyi link bridge brings the Ikoyi and Lagos mainland to within 6 and 20 minutes of our property. This bridge (a must see) is the first cable suspension bridge in Africa! it is also a great place to go jogging and walking for excercise. The Lekki residents can often be seen doing this every morning about 6.15am and also in the cool of the evenings at about 6.30 pm. |
| * | We are less than 1 minute from the Atlantic Ocean south of us, and because of this, we created a large roof top terrace where you may quietly enjoy the magnificent views of the ocean in the mornings or after work in the evenings. |
| * | Across the other side of Lekki- Épé road, lies the other half of our pleasant of Lekki phase 1 community,(lagoon side) and down the same express road lies the highly recommended Lekki Arts & crafts market. Alpha, Lekki, and Eleko beaches are all from a 5 to 25 minute drive along this road too. |
